Have you ever felt held back by your voice?

Have you ever been told to speak up, slow down, be clearer, be more inspiring? Have you ever wanted to speak powerfully, but felt nervous, constrained, uncertain — perhaps tired and strained after trying?

This work will help you develop a voice to support your communication. It’s specifically for those wanting to develop and improve their vocal technique. The focus is on practical voicework, which can be applied to real life scenarios, ensuring you can embed strong, lasting and purposeful habits.

Over the course of 3 to 12 sessions, we’ll work actively to find your voice and improve your vocal technique.

We’ll address your current habits, such as whether you speak too slowly or too quickly. We’ll work on understanding where the natural pitch of your voice lies, and find the right sound for your voice. We’ll build vocal flexibility so you can speak with colour and inspiration, holding the attention of your audience. You’ll gain control over your vocal power and expression, so that you can match your volume to the size of the room and to the content of your message. We’ll address verbal and non-verbal communication so you feel confident your sound and body language are delivering the same intention. We’ll consider any obstacles, such as lack of experience or nerves and anxiety, and develop strategies to support you in these.

This work will make you feel confident, calm, powerful and authentic.

Nerves will be reduced and you’ll have a greater understanding of how to communicate more clearly and effectively across all sectors of your life.

I’ll develop a bespoke programme over the course of a recommended 3 to 12 sessions. This allows for discussion, progression and development of the work. Check-ins take place throughout to ensure we’re aligned in our working. Sessions can take place online or in-person and are usually 1-hour long. A taster session is available before you commit to longer term work.
