Voice is Everything
‘Voice’ is where our body, brain and personality come together. It is the essence of great communication.
I work with performers, business people, academics, teachers, baristas, designers, students and many others, to help them own the room they're in, fill a hall with sound, improve their day-to-day relationships (professional and personal) and make themselves heard, with presence and confidence.

Voice is a combination of physiological subsystems1; controlled and determined by several interacting regions of the brain2; and is a ‘psychosocial purveyor of meaning and character’3 .
It is physical, neurological, emotional and psychological.

If you want to communicate with conviction, authenticity and confidence, each aspect of your voice needs to be integrated so you can deliver your message, intention, presentation, speech, and more, with powerful connection. This isn't easy and if any part of the system isn't working optimally, they all suffer.
Voice is more than just our vocal instrument and I work to co-create an environment where every individual can explore and thrive. My work supports you to recognise your own processes and responses, to develop your technique and flexibility in order to engage with each situation effectively.
There is no perfect voice, only yours used to its full potential.
Bring awareness to your voice, develop it practically, use it in context, become creative. Voice is an instrument we all can play.
Being in dialogue with yourself will bring about meaningful, deliberate, productive dialogue with others.
